Maybe you haven't been to church in a while, or maybe church is brand new for you. Relax!! We want you to sit back and enjoy. This is a safe place to make some new friends and check out God's messages on how your life can be more meaningful and manageable. At Olivet you will find people a lot like you. They have questions, struggles and joys. We are here to share in these aspects of life. And, the best part is that Jesus is here! Our guarantee is that the messages are relevant to your life, and you have a choice of music styles—contemporary and upbeat or traditional and reflective. You will meet friendly people who are glad you came and you'll find a safe place to explore the Spiritual Side of Life.
We hope that our website gives you a glimpse of our ministry, but the best way to discover the heart of a church family is by spending time in person with its people. We know that attending a new church—or any new environment, for that matter—can be a little unsettling. So come and check us out one Sunday and experience why many people have made Olivet their home. WHAT TO EXPECT
Here’s what to expect on a typical Sunday at Olivet:
On any Sunday morning at Olivet we have two distinct worship experiences. At 9:30 AM our worship experience is a contemporary, family-oriented service. During this service the music is guitar-driven and lead by one of our worship bands. Your children are welcome to stay with you in worship or attend one of the activities geared for their age experience in our Children's Church School program for kids age 3 thru 6th grade. We have fun programs for your kids that we think they’ll love. Please visit the Children's page on our site for more information. We currently only offer nursery childcare at our 9:30 AM service.
Our 11:00 AM worship service is a small, intimate, traditional worship experience. Our piano accompanist leads us in a meaningful, reflective time.
At both services you will hear a message that will not only impact your week, but your life. Also, you will meet people who REALLY care.
When you walk into the front entryway there will be greeters to say “Hello” and help if you need directions or assistance. You can enjoy a cup of fresh coffee and refreshments in our Fellowship Hall after our 9:30 AM worship experience.
No one will embarrass you or ask you to stand up in front of the crowd. In fact, you can remain completely anonymous and just check things out. We want you to feel comfortable.

• Where do I go when I get there?
As you walk into the front entryway there will be greeters to welcome you and give any assistance you may need. • What about my kids? We want your children to have a fun and safe time. There are age level programs during our 9:30 AM Sunday service. We currently only offer a nursery at our 9:30 AM service. • Can I really wear jeans? Yep. We aren’t kidding about that. You will find people wearing jeans, coats and ties, and everything in between.
